The Duskbloods, the upcoming multiplayer title by From Software, has been delayed to 2027 following a network test in August.
In a statement from October 29, the developer explained that the extra time was needed to fine-tune the game rules and balance. Feedback from players during the network test had apparently largely centered around the need for a wider variety of play styles beyond hand-to-hand combat. The initial network test was less than stellar, with Kotaku reporting widespread login issues on the first day.

The game was initially slated for release exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2 sometime this year. No specific release window has been offered as of right now.
