Credit Saison, one of Japan's biggest credit card providers, has launched a manga prize in collaboration with the Nola writing platform.
Entries are specifically limited to the plot of a manga, not the finished manuscript with art. Participants must use Nova to submit their story by January 31, with no restrictions on genre or prior experience. The grand prize is a whopping two million yen (around 12,700 USD) and the offer of a serialization. Readers will also have the chance to vote for a favorite.

This manga prize is part of a larger initiative by Credit Saison to break into the oshikatsu market. Back in July, the company declared that it would discover one million new customers by partnering with 100 different IPs. A new digital card featuring Ado was already released earlier that month.
