Shueisha will terminate its contract with Walt Disney Japan on September 30, ceasing the production of several Marvel collaboration series and pulling them from digital storefronts.
According to an official statement put out via the Jump Plus X account, a total of fourteen different books will be affected by the contract termination. These include Deadpool: Samurai by Sanshiro Kasama and Hikaru Uesugi, two Spider-Man series, as well as Secret Reverse by the late Kazuki Takahashi.

Given that only additional print runs of the books featured above will no longer take place after September 30, stock will most likely be available at brick and mortar stores for a good while longer. That being said, they will be delisted, making new digital purchases no longer possible. Shueisha reassured customers in the statement that those who made previous digital purchases of each book will still be able to read them.
In terms of why Shueisha decided to terminate its contract with Walt Disney Japan, no details are forthcoming. Cost could be a factor, given that a royalty payment is most likely necessary in exchange for using the likeness of Marvel characters, but there's no way to know for sure.
