Domestic game publisher DMM has launched their own proprietary app store on iOS devices, allowing users to bypass the default App Store.
Excitedly branded as GAMES STORE, there are currently only ten titles available to download. All of them happen to be published exclusively by DMM, including the Muv-Luv spinoff Muv-Luv Girls Garden. Other titles available on the DMM platforms but not part of an exclusive agreement, such as Gakuen Idolmaster and Umamusume: Pretty Derby, are noticeably absent.
The full list of titles can be found below:

Up until recently, installing alternative app stores on iOS devices would be unthinkable. Nevertheless, as a result of the fallout from the Epic v. Apple court case and subsequent anti-trust legislation, both Apple and Google are now forbidden from blocking third party providers. In Japan, this change happened at the end of 2025.
The way to install a third party app store is pretty convoluted (most likely on purpose) but DMM does have a video guide on the download page.
