Cygames will reimburse travel and lodging costs for attendees to the cancelled Umamusume concerts in Los Angeles this week.

In an update from October 21, the development team confirmed that compensation would occur in addition to the previously mentioned ticket refunds. This will include both cancellation fees incurred and the full expenses during the concert period for those that already travelled to the concert. Users are urged to keep documents such as proof of payments and receipts in a safe place until the reimbursement process begins in earnest.

Refunding costs for not just tickets but travel and lodging too will undoubtedly turn this event into even more of a loss for Cygames, but it has resulted in some excellent PR.
