The voice actor agency Intention will shut down at the end of March 2027 due to President and CEO Kenichi Suzumura's adjustment disorder.

Suzumura was diagnosed with the condition back in February and took a hiatus until June. The veteran voice actor founded the company after splitting with Artsvision in 2012. Aside from Suzumura, the agency's roster currently includes:

Speaking via X, Touyama remarked that a new place had already been prepared for the talents.
