
The newest version of Konami's long running beatmania IIDX arcade rhythm game series has been announced with a pair of public location tests to be held in the coming weeks. Fan's of the franchise probably expected the announcement around this time, as has been the annual trend for the past several years. The new entry is titled beatmania IIDX 34 ZINRAI and the logo visual recalls an feeling of traditional Japanese imagery and sakura petals incorporated into the text mark.
Fans in Japan will get their first chance to play the game at a pair of location tests taking place in Tokyo and Osaka.
To commemorate the tests themselves, there will also be an autograph session featuring iconic track makers from the in-house beatnation production team at each location.
In addition to the location test announcements, Konami has also revealed a handful of the new songs which will appear in the game via a video uploaded to their official X account.

Access to both participate in the beatmania IIDX 34 ZINRAI location test and the autograph sessions will be distributed via online lottery with applications accepted until June 22nd on the Konami e-amusement gate website.
