Mos Food Services, Inc. has announced the launch of an upscale brand concept called MOSH Burger & Bar, scheduled to open its doors on July 1, 2026. Situated in Tokyo’s prime Ginza shopping and commercial district near Shimbashi Station, the new venue marks a strategic pivot toward a day-and-night “urban hybrid” dining format.
The dual-concept space serves a gourmet burger menu during the daytime and transitions into a casual bar serving alcoholic beverages and shared plates after 5:00 PM. Mos Food Services described the launch as a new challenge aimed at capturing a broader urban demographic, specifically catering to office workers, daytime shoppers, and tourists traveling through Ginza.
During lunch hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM), the establishment will focus on an elevated fast-casual experience featuring eight distinct varieties of high-end burgers. Key items include the entry-level MOSH Cheeseburger (priced at ¥980), which utilizes two types of cheeses, and the MOSH Classic Burger (¥1,280), an upgraded version of the signature MOS Burger meat sauce recipe.

After 5:00 PM, the atmosphere shifts to accommodate casual dinner crowds, pre-party gatherings, and late-night drinks. The dinner menu pairs conventional bar appetizers with alcohol-friendly options like Sliders—miniature 5-centimeter burgers sold as a pair for ¥980 designed to be easily handled with one hand. The nighttime selection also features the exclusive Guilty Nighttime Cheeseburger (¥1,680), which comes intentionally smothered in an overflowing cheese sauce.
