Hobonichi has revealed its 2027 edition lineup for the Hobonichi Techo life organizer, highlighting new designs inspired by Shigesato Itoi’s classic Super Famicom RPG MOTHER 2 (EarthBound).

The new lineup features A6 and A5 covers modeled after Dungeon Man, packed with detailed prints and embroidered elements showcasing the interior of his four-story structure. The 2027 weekly weeks planner arrives in woven tie fabric patterned with Mr. Saturn against an apricot background. Both planners include an exclusive 48-page "Hint Shop" grid notebook as a bonus insert.

Additionally, Hobonichi is releasing another MOTHER 2-themed dry-erase whiteboard calendar for 2027 available in full wall and desk sizes, this time featuring illustrations of iconic in-game vehicles like the Sky Walker and the Runaway Five bus.

Sales begin nationwide across Loft stores, the Hobonichi Online Store, Amazon, and Rakuten on September 1, 2026. A pop-up merchandise event, "MOTHER's SUMMER," will also take place at Umeda Loft in Osaka from October 17 through November 1, 2026.
