Sanden Retail Systems Co., Ltd. has announced a new capsule toy vending machine called Gachaemon, which blends traditional handle-turning gacha mechanics with modern vending technology. The company plans to begin sales in late February.
The machine will be shown publicly at the “Gachagacha Exhibition in Roppongi,” held at the Roppongi Museum starting February 6, 2026. Visitors will be able to try the machine and experience its randomized prize system firsthand.

According to the company, Gachaemon was developed in response to the growing capsule toy market and increased interest in experience-based shopping. The machine features a newly designed handle to recreate the feel of traditional gacha machines, while also supporting cashless payments.
Unlike standard capsule machines, Gachaemon can dispense items that do not fit in round capsules, including plush toys, trading cards, and small accessories. It can also display multiple product series in a single unit.
Sanden Retail Systems says the machine is designed to function as a small entertainment spot that can be installed indoors or outdoors. The company plans to continue developing vending technology that focuses on convenience and interactive experiences.
