
Fans of Akina Nakamori have big news to celebrate. The legendary singer is returning to the stage with her first live tour in nearly 20 years, marking her first major outing since 2006's “The Last Destination” tour.
The upcoming tour will feature more than 20 songs, all performed in new arrangements. Nakamori is personally involved in planning the stage production and setlist, aiming to create a show that longtime fans will love.
The tour will visit Aichi, Osaka, and Tokyo, with a special moment coming on July 13, when Nakamori turns 61 on the first day of her Tokyo shows. Fan club members will get early access to tickets starting February 14 at 5:00 p.m.
She also shared a message talking about her excitement. “I’m finally coming to see everyone again,” she said. “I’m working hard on a setlist that I hope will make you happy.”
